Consult before getting pregnant
Hi,
I am planning to get pregnant, however my periods are not regular.
Diagnosed with pcod couple of years back, however, did not take any medication as doing some exercises and following a healthy lifestyle, was able to manage periods regular and sometimes irregular (max2 months).
Please suggest if need to go for consultation before getting pregnant.
Or if you can advise some medications.
