Constpation because of iron
I was taking redulid hb with shelcol in pregnancy and facing serious constpation ..my dr. Suggested me cremaffin used once 2 spoon ..it also didnt worked ..now dr. Changed redulid to hemfer syrup ..will syrup cause constipation too..wat to discuss with dr. If again m facing severe constpiation with anal pain.(.taking gud amount of fibre and water).

Your stools must have hardened and impacted in the Rectum probably you need to see a surgeon so that he/she can examine and do a manual evacuation if required

Any oral iron preparation be it tablet or syrup, can cause constipation in some patient and diarrhea in some.
So you might face issue with syrup too.
