Asked for Male, 24 Years

Two days back I found little bright blood during my bowel movement. It scared the shit out of me.I m having constipation issue for about one and a half week now...I feel really uncomfortable after my bowel movements and feel scared to see blood again.I also feel exhausted and have breathing problem like uncomfortable.

hello.. it looks like because of constipation your straining or passing hard stools is leading to passing of blood I believe...kindly consult a gen surgeon...tk lot of fluids...include lot of fibre..
