Constipation
The problem of constipation occurs often, pain in stomach, acute constipation. My father was having appendix problem, is this hereditary?

Hey, its not inherent don't worry , Include whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid dairy products ,take high fiber containing diet . It is important to keep yourself well hydrated. If you do not drink adequate fluids, you are more likely to get constipated. Mild osmotic laxatives ,stimulant laxatives are helpful.
