Constipation problem
I have constipation problem
After 2 days today's morning I poop.but stool was not soft is really hard and I saw blood in stool and after that I have discomfort in my anal.
Is this serious??
I am really tensed

Sitz bath
Plenty of fluids approx 4 to 5 ltrs
Have fibrous food
Medication:
Tab signoflam 1 tab x bd x 10 days
Pilorute ointment to be applied twice daily
Syp cremqffin plus 15 ml at night (to avoid constipation)
