I am 2 months breastfeeding mother .Had normal delivery. from 2 months am having constipation problem . While passing motion I am suffering lot of pain

You need to drink lots of water, and syp smuth or cremaffin, daily night, 15 ml. If loose motions, immediately stop the medication
