Constipation piles indigetion
Sir,
I an Naveen Choudhary my age is 39, I am suffering from Severe constipation,piles and indigestion.
in morning i go to toilet 4 to 5 times and after lunch also and in evening also.I feel heavy stomach always.
please suggest me what i should do for the same.

Hello
You seem to be suffering from constipation predominant IBS. I would suggest high fibre diet, increased physical activity, small frequent meals. I would also recommend evaluation by Gastroenterologist to r/o other causes and start specific treatment.
