Constipation
My daughter is 20 months old and facing constipation ,she has to apply too much pressure while doing potty,even i noticed blood crystal on her stool and stool is too tight. What to do. 1 more prob she doesnt eat anything only milk,only chips she likes

First thing first- please get her seen physically  seen by a Paediatrician as she has blood in stool and this may be due to fissure resulting in constipation and creating a vicious cycle as the pain would cause her to  hold stool. Diet is not ok as excessive milk needs to be avoided and she must be on home foods so she can get the necessary fibres Please try prunes and plums in her diet as they are very good for regular bowel movements. Get the purgative prescribed by Paediatrician after evaluation
