Quantity of fibre and water need to be examined. High and low are personal ideas - what matters is the quantity the body needs. Never harmful to push up water intake a glass or two beyond your idea of "High". Last but not the least us the regular habit of sending the child to the loo on a daily basis- not on an " on -requirement" basis. The bowel needs to be retrained.

Does she pass hard stools like pellets? If she is on good diet, normal thyroid profile, then we need to see is it habitual or actually there is a problem. Please consult your pediatrician, if they seem it's troubling your child, they l advise her lactulose, suggest bowel training and do further evaluation based on the response
