  4. Constipation. I take him to doctor?

My 2 years and 4 months son is having very d ifficulty while pooping every time. He is having stomach pain while pooping. he passes stool once or twice a week which is why I am more concerned. Is this normal or should I take him to doctor? He eats and play well and is active also. Please suggest.
