Constipation

Well for constipatuon you better avoid paying too hard for stool, avoid substances like red meat and all that promotes constipation. Having fibres and ample water helps.
Sitz bath may help you obtain bit relief for fistula but you must consult a doctor personally and get treated for fistula.
As far as homoeopthy is concerned it has ample scope up its sleeve to relieve both of these, and would help you do away with this tendency tobe overly constipated like this as well as fistula,provided our have the wish, time and patience for it.
