Constipation in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 16 weeks3 days pregnant.from past 3days iam suffering from severe cosnstipation.due to this piles formed which is more painful i cant even sit and move.even i am including more fibre in my food still i am having hard poop which is not passing out.so please suggest some medicine for constipation and piles
