Constipation in pregnancy
Hi, I am 27 weeks pregnant and facing constipation problem. Please help me with home remedies for this. I am already having fruits, salads. Is it safe to consume soaked black raisins in morning? Also my stomach getting very tight sometimes is this normal in third trimester?

Constipation is very common in pregnancy ,can improve water intake 3 L per day and increase of fibre rich diet beetroot carrot green leafy vegetables and do at least 30 minutes walking per day

Hi, Hard stools quite common  in pregnancy Need to take plenty  of water, leafy vegetables, high fiber  food.
