Hello doctor My son about to turn 3 months. He is on formula feed. He is passing stool for 4 days once. He is struggling and crying to pass stool. How to relief constipation?

As per my opinion, Meke formula milk with proper dilution. Add probiotics in feed. Although passing stool at 3 to 4 days interval is very common nowadays.
