Constipation
Iam suffering from constipation from last 15 years. Sometimes it takes 2 days. Due to constipation other problems like sore throat, feeling unactive and many more happens to me. Please suggest me

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  So you are suffering from constipatiin since the age 12? What kind of diet do you take? As such, you should be taking a high fiber diet. Drink plenty of water. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Add more greens and fruits to your diet. Avoid excess indulgence in tea/coffee and milk. Avoid processed foods like stuff made from maida.
