Constipation
I have severe constipation issue after having castor oil with milk and little stomach ache. Can I use triphala tablet and which brand is the best for it?

Take abhyarishta 30 ml bd with equal fresh
Water after meal twice daily.

Constipation will cause stomach pain.should have proper meals on time,food should get digested with proper diet.
Avipattikar churna morning 1tsp with glass of warm water.

Make sure to include lot of fibre rich foods in your diet.
Drink adequate water.
Take timely food.
Avoid junk foods.
