Constipation
I have constipation probkem for a long time . And I smoke also from long time . Now after my meal instantly I get cough. And when I wake up I have cough. And cough comes in white colour. What does it reflects that I have cough cold. Ur this is due to cigarette ur constipation.

This is due to your smoking habits. Constipation has no relationship with cough.Stop smoking immediately.

For constiaption Take fibre rich foods like banana,beet,beans,broccoli,apple,avocado Consume water and Stay hydrated Consume stool softening syrup available in the pharmacy.For cough still more history needed consult me online for further queries

1)Quit smoking ( medication is available for that) 2) add fibre to your diet eg Papaya , guava , musk melon are good natural laxatives 3) for the phlegm (sputum) I suggest DOXY capsule 100mg at bed time for 1 week
