Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have chronic cnonstipation frm last one year .My poop only cames when its get thin by taking medicines.I have tried all types of medicines homopethy allopethy also. If i skip med for a single day my poop gets blocked and not came out . So i have to take medicine to make it thin or leaky so that it can came out.i have done colonscopy also but nothing found in it please tell me what to do ?

Constipation can be there due to multiple reasons right from obstruction in bowel to decreased movement of bowel loops to problems in evacuation of stools,even sometimes no reasons are found. So even colonoscopy is normal ( should have been done by an expert),next steps of evaluation will be needed.
