Constipation
I am not getting complete motion. Releasing gas from anus very frequently. Ulcers in the mouth. Suggest me some good Ayurveda medicine for free and complete motion.

Take Divya Udarakalpa Churna- 1spoon at bed time with warm water. Divya Udaramrit vati-2-2tab daily after food. Abhayarista-4spoon-4spoon after food with water.

Good to get a correction for cause in lifestyle. As per details your food is devoid of good lipids and you are using refined oils in food. Even hard proteins in diet do such issues.
Next Steps
Fill and apply warm castor oil to navel. Start using good lipids like ghee/butter/ filtered ground nut oil/ edible coconut oil according to your ancestors food habit. Reduce the use of sprouts, pulses, raw vegetables like hard protein and raw fibres in diet...
