Have been giving my two weeks old daughter Nan opium 2 for the past weeks or two as initially I was breastfeeding and my nipples had cracked. However I noticed that she is now having trouble pooping. What can I use

Dear parents,
Stop giving opium.
It causes severe Constipation, after some times becomes addict.
If nipples are crack, take treatment.
Give baby extracted milk, use breast pump to extract.
