Constipation during second trimester
Im 15 weeks pregnant. Have constipation since last 2 weeks. Not severe but i have constipation. Does straining during constipation harm fetus or cause miscarriage? Any safe medicine for constipation please suggest

Don't strain . As such it would not cause harm but it should not be done. Have plenty of fluids. Salad and high fibre diet
