Constipation
Before 2 months i had constipation and then i called my doctor and he told about a medicine that i swallow it amd drink water after it and it worked well , the medicine finished before 1 week , and now i have constipation again

I can understand your concern.
What medications had he prescribed?
You need to mention that also dear.
Have a high protein diet.
Avoid eating meat for a few days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
