Baby of 3 months didnt poop since 7 days.. He is on exclusive breastfeeding , although he is active, passing gas, tsking feeds properly and passing urine 8 to 10 times... How much time we need to wait and when to visit doctor for the same...his birthweight was 3.4 kg and current weight at 3 month is 5.7 kg

7 days is actually constipation only .probably you are giving more of foremilk.kindly give hind milk which can be done by completely emptying breast on one side before switching another breast .This will surely help.If not passing stools still consult pediatrician
