I feel my rectum hole has become small and i am unable to pass stool...it pains after passing stool...i have constipation problem...before i was operated for piles also...pls help me.. ...what should i do...

It needs proper assesment using a sigmoidoscopy if there is a scar or stricture due to prvious operstivw procedure. Kindly consult for the same.
