Constipation and pain due to Piles
Pain in anus area due to piles obstruction in stool movement. Pain, itching and burning in bottom area and Constipation. Please advice some medicine.. I have proscription please advide its ok for this.

Constipation needs to be treated so that u don't need to strain. So take a laxative like lactifiber at bedtime as and when required. Serratiopeptidase and diclofenac is great for immediate relief. You need a per rectal that physical examination also
