Constipation and mucus
I am having constipation and there is no motion even after sitting for long . Stool is very hard at first . Only the first part is hard and some white mucus on first part . I suffer from constipation . Pass stool once a day or in a gap of day since childhood times but the stool is very hard
Why is it happening
My thyroid test was normal, even cbc test everything was normal but esr was 35

To get rid of this
Take regular exercise.. pelvic exercise
Have daily plenty of water.. 3 litres per day
Have fibrous diet .. whole grain flours
Syp livoluck ..10 ml at bed time
