Constipation and indigestion

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have recurrent apthous ulcer and penis ulcer . my stomach heavy at night time. I did endoscopy and all blood related test all were negative. My doctor refer me to tell that you tell dermatologist behcets disease they will prescribe you medicine. Gastro prescribe becozyme c forte 2b.d after meal and freego powder at night but it not suit. Plz suggest me medicine.
