Constipation and Anal fissure
From last 5,6 days I'm taking medications for UTI and since then constipation has started and getting worse day by day. I'm taking strong laxatives (skillax drops + cremaffin syrup) but still the stool comes out hard. I am just recovered from Anal fissure and I'm worried it will cause serious trouble for my fissure. I eat too much fiber dail (fruits, vegetables, yogurt, etc) what should I do? Please mention the best possible solutions.
