Constantly Paranoid
So about a month ago I hyperventilated twice, both of which felt like near death experiences. Ever since then, I have dealt with anxiety and now I am constantly aware of everything and become afraid of things that may seem out of place. Everyday I think about death now and I am constantly worried I'm going to die by something. I don't want to keep living like this. I can calm myself down but the thoughts of dying are constantly in my head. Any suggestions on what I can do to help stop being paranoid?

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.

What you experienced could have been a panic attack. What you are anticipating now is another such fearful experience. Distract yourself from such thoughts. Learn relaxation techniques. If all of that does not help you relax, consult a psychiatrist for further advice
