Constantly low health

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Constant sneezing , whole body ache, jammed hand and leg muscles , no wish to talk , laziness in getting up from bed , gas in stomach , never feeling hungry , chest conjestion , cough and feeling dizzy. These are the symptoms of an ill 40 years old female. Please suggest some remedies , treatment as well as precautions . Please help us quickly.
