Postpartum body aches
I had a c section delivery 3.5 months back . From last 1 month i'm having body aches and my bones feel stiff whenever i stand after a long gap and especially at night when i'm sleeping its difficult for me to turn sidewise or vice versa. And on my hand where canula was placed on the side i had pains whenever i try to bend my hand. What should i do and what all tests i need to undergo. And how long do i need to continue iron and calcium tablets? Kindly help
