Constant Worry
I've been feeling worried about stuff that usually okay (not a big deal) for me. I am the type of person who most of the time let everything in my life flow (whatever happens, happens, don't overthink it), but lately I overthink stuff like how my future should be, how people might feel about myself, what will happen to me if I do this and that, afraid that I might lose people that I love, basically stuff like that. This is stressing me out. I wish I knew what is going on with me right now.

I am able to understand ur difficulties. U seem to have some of the symptoms of anxiety disorder. U seem to have something called as free floating anxiety. It makes a person lose his confidence, reduces his concentration and potential. V would need to know a few more details like ur sleep, frequency, other situations that might make u anxious etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problem can be easily treated with counselling and if needed medications. U will be able to function better with it. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or professional help. U need to consult a psychiatrist. U can also consult me online through the Practo chat option. Best wishes for speedy recovery!!
