Constant vomiting
Son has been vomiting for the past 12 hours non stop even when drinking sips of water took him to hospital they checked his urine and it hs 4 plus ketones. They have sent him home and im very worried.

Ketones in urine indicates starvation,if no sugar is seen.
I would suggest consulting your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
Till then,give syp ondem half hour before every meal.
