Constant Vomiting

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have been taking anxiety medication for the past 11 months(Tab. Olinstab-f or Fostera-5). I've stopped taking it suddenly cold Turkey since 2 weeks before. I have been feeling restless and getting vomiting for the past 1 and half weeks. Please guide me on how to stop the medication slowly so that I don't get vomiting or any withdrawal symptoms.
