Constant urge to urinate

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I’m 15 weeks pregnant and suffered with stomach ache for the last week. I went to the doctors on Thursday and they gave me antibiotics for a UTI. Phoned yesterday as the antibiotics are making me ill, was told to stop taking them as urine sample cake back & no infection. My real concern is still after a week having the urge to wee, but when I do nothing or little drips out. It’s a constant feeling of needing to wee. Should I be worried?
