Normal heart rate ranges from 60-100 beats / minutes. Above 100 consider as trachycadia. In pregnancy physiological trachycadia occurres due to cardiovascular changes in some pregnant women. Requires obstetrician visit and construction . They will advise blood test and cardiac evaluation for persistent trachycadia

Increase in the heart rate in pregnancy is common. But you should be careful about Anaemia. Even in Anaemia and Fever the heart rate rises.
Next Steps
Please consult a Gynaecologist on Practo or ask your Obstetrician. So you should not be complacent about this. A doctor consultation is required.
