Constant Stomach Ache

Hi, I have dengue positive. But, since last three days there is no fever and platelets are also 60K since last three days. Is it normal?I have constant stomach ache.

Hello.. Well it's good that you don't have fever but then your platelets are low and should improve....You will require hospitalisation and also monitoring ...The stomach ache can be related to the low platelets ...Hope you are maintaining Hydration well...Drink water regularly...Thank you
