Constant tinea corporis
Since 2 years, i have got itching ring wound at groins.
homeopathic medicines aggravated the wound and it reached to abdomen. right armpit, left popliteal region and left wrist are also involved. i took fluconazole 200 biweekly for 3 months. got relief but recurrence occired. then i took tab. terbinafin 250 daily for 45days.again recurrence happened. i dont use soaps. i wash myslef using multani mitti only. my buttock area is intensely itching with small sized rashes.

Treatment for Fungal Infection:-Stop all other applications.
Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
Sertacide Cream for application twice daily for 1 month.
Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching)
The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur.Blood
Test- Blood Sugar Fasting & PP also Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.
