Tinea corporis - Use of Momate lotion
Hi doctor, I have severe infection,tinea corporis, which started just as a small rash under the belly,after consulting a dermatologist on april 10th,i started with itaphyte(100mg)twice, and bilastine 20 mg for 14 days..cream luliz to apply over rashes.The course was completed,but after i travelled to my hometown,i observed that infection had spread all over my waist ,to thighs,below knees.I had severe pain at the rash areas with swelling,itching,tightness  and burning sensation. I had video consultation with same doc.Then started with momate lotion,for 10 days only, on thighs and knees, bilastine tablet,luliz cream ..but itaphyte i am supposed to start from May 10th only..But since these 3 days,infection has been spreading on hands,legs,below breasts, with same itching, pain,burning sensation.doc is not available for another 3 days and i am takng  bilastine n applyng luliz cream .is it enuf ?also i need to know if i can use momate lotion on hands,breastfolds?

Treatment depends on the severity and type...Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Momate cream flares up fungal infection. But clear photographs are required to assess the extended area of infection. It’s completely curable. Just maintain good hygiene. Kindly consult with dermatologist for expert guidance and care

If it is fungal infection momate cream should not be used but we need pictures for correct diagnosis..kindly consult online for further evaluation
