Constant stroke
Due to stroke right hand is not working properly even i do not move upward and not grab anything tidely.
what can i do ? pls help me.

Stroke recovery is based on extend of damage to brain, age of the patient, poor existing conditions and post stroke duration that you are in currently.
So with the current information that you have given, it is impossible guess the possible outcome.
