Hi! In this  case then I would recommend you to go for cognitive behavioral therapy by a liscenced clinical psychologist. According to your statements I can clearly figure out there is anxiety, helplessness and hopelessness accompanied with negative automatic thoughts about self. Please take help now. Also it is advisable for you to refer to a psychiatrist too.
