I am having loose motions from last 2 days and stomachache also stomachache comes and goes all the time. Making me very uncomfortable. And on first day also having fever @ 102 taking the following medicine as advised by the physician Oflox oz 1bd Bifilac cap 1tds Drotin m sos Pantocid dsr 1bd Calpol 650 sos Is it stomach infection or something else plz tell
