Constant stomacache
My 6 year daughter has stomach ache and vomiting and fever. I gave her lanzol 30 and tynol but she is having fever since morning and stomach ache. Please suggest what to do

Is there any history of outside food
If yes then is there any blood in stool if no then
Just give
Syrp. Ondem 5ml thrice a day for 2 more days
Don't give anything for 30 min after that.
Syrp. Meftal spas 5ml thrice a day for 2 more days
And fever medicine also
If still vomiting need consultation
With ur nearest pediatrician
Keep ur child well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruit juices and ORS if needed
