Constant right abdomen ache
I am having right abdomen ache since last 5 days. No relief from medicines also. My ultrasound says that Gall Bladder is over distended and shows 6.8mm size calculus at GB neck. GB walls appear thickened(5.6mm). GB is filled with sludge. Impression - Acute Cholecystitis with Cholelithiasis. Please advice me that I need a surgery or it can be cured by medical treatment also?

You would need a surgery and some medicines as well . Medicines have temporary relief , ultimately surgery is the only option
