  4. Constant pain in right ear. Treatment.

Constant pain in right ear
From last 3days my mother is suffering from pain in her ear.It appears that water get into her ear when she took bath and she is unable to hear clearly and speak in low voice and she listens so high.I am really concerned about her.Tell me some immediate treatment.
