Constant pain in heart
I have continuous chest pain on left side of heRt
Blood pressure sometimes gets very high
And even becomes hard to breath
Was suffering from bronvhitis and also i was chain smoker
But left cigerrete two years back...

You need to have ecg echo and troponin. For smoker age is no bar for heart attack. For Pulmonology evaluation please visit physician.
