Constant nose blockage
She got constant nose blockage after getting one day fever for whiche she took treatment of 3 days , after that only nose blockage is persistent. Sometimes she got one side block which open when she change her side during laying and vice versa. And sometimes both side got blocked and have to take breath by mouth. One thing is noticable that when she get out of the house ,her nose seems to be in unblocked after 20-30 min and as she gets home it's got blocked again. she tried every possible thing like medicine , steaming , heat application . What to do ?

She need to undergo some medicine treatment and endoscopic examination of her nose which is a common and simple daignostic modality now a days. Further CT scan of nose and sinuses may also be needed to establish a daignosis

Since how many days/months/ years her nose is blocked. If it has been for long get a CT scan of Nose and PNS done. Meanwhile try flutiflo ft nasal spray 2 puff twice daily in each nostrils
