I’ve been needing to go to pee constantly but when I go hardly anything comes out and I need to go again straight after it constantly feels like m bladder is full

You could be having a urinary tract infection so you need to see a physician and do a urinalysis to confirm or rule that out . In the meantime have plenty of water/ fluids
