Peeing from vagina?

Im pretty sure I'm peeing from my vagina and yes I know that's not what supposed to happen. It only happens when i laugh too hard pr cough or sneeze or am naturally peeing and I'm 98% sure it's from my vagina because when I have a tampon in it gets soaked and I actually saw it coming from my vagina the last few nights when i checked. I am 19 and have not had a hysterectomy but i have struggled with stress incontinece my whole life despite doing kegels.
