Constant nauseating feeling

I have constant urge to vomit for last three days. I don't have any other symptoms like stomach pain,headache. How can I treat this?

Hello.. Well the feeling of nausea can be reduced by taking medications like pan d once a day...it will reduce the symptoms...take it for 3 days and of you feel nauseous even after taking this then you can take emeset tablet 4 mg ..but then we need to know the cause of this symptoms..are you travelling or something? Thank you
